This looks useful, though it needs much more knowledge than I have to get the most of it , I am sure!
DrugBank is a Canadian database of drug information, which includes chemical formulae and molecular structures, mass spectra, information about the drug target (including sequences), and more. DrugBank is at http://redpoll.pharmacy.ualberta.ca/drugbank/index.html, and there is a paper in the database issue of Nucleic Acids Research about it.
